Remote Access
As computers evolve, so do the problems that arise from time
to time. Pyramid's Tech Support is increasing it's tools to help
our customers when things just don't go quite right. Along with
our phone and on site service, we have added a Remote Access
program to our arsenal.
This program allows our tech staff to remote into your
machine and work on the problem first hand. We have worked on
this software to make sure the remote session is only started by
you, and once we are finished and close the session, the
software removes itself from your computer.
To run the program, Click the link for the technician you are
working with, click on RUN and follow the tech's instructions
over the phone.

On the left side of the new window that opens, you will see the
tech's Name. Double click on it and that will create the remote
connection for the tech to use.
This will help us diagnose and try to repair the more difficult
and troublesome issues that sometimes happen.
